THE NORDDEUTSCHER LLOYD announces the safe arrival of the liner Bremen at Bremerhaven, and it is claimed that another German liner, the New York, has reached Hamburg from Mur- mansk.
The German claim that the safe passage of the Bremen gives the lie to British claims to have blockaded the North Sea was answered yester- day by Lord Strabolgi, who is an authority on naval matters.
