WAS RESUMED BEFORE THE CHIEF JUSTICE, SIR ATHOLL MAC- GREGOR.

U.S. NAVY BUYS TROOP TRANSPORTS FOR EAST

The Navy Department has purchased from the Grace Line the ships Santa Rita and Santa Inez, which will be attached as troop transports to the U.S. au- xillary fleet in the Pacific.
