NAZI STEEL SHORTAGE

(SPECIAL TO "CHINA MAIL") Amsterdam, To-day. German steel and Iron works have refused Dutch orders for machinery.

The decision is taken to indicate the extreme shortage of essential raw materials, as Germany previously was eager to maintain exports to neigh- bouring countries, this commerce be- ing her only source of foreign cur- rency. Havas.
