Three persons are believed to have been drowned following an accident in Connaught Road West shortly after 6 a.m. to-day when a lorry, loaded with vegetables, fell into the harbour.
The lorry was proceeding from Kennedy Town to the Central District. To avoid an oncoming car, the driver swerved, the vehicle skidded and left the road, falling into the harbour.
