League Soccer Not Greatly Affected By Volunteer Camp Good Game Expected Between K.F.C. & M'sex Charity Football WEEK-END FOOTBALL Festival To-Morrow
(By "REFEREE"}
THE ANTICIPATED DISLOCATION of the Football League fixtures, owing to Volunteer camps, has started, though this week only junior teams have been affected as far as postponements are concerned.
***** --Several First Division teams, however, will not be able to field their best sides owing to the same reason.
All the First Division games should be evenly contested but the best game should be that at Sookunpoo, where Middlesex meet Kowloon.
"The Latter have done very well in the League so far, while Middlesex, after a promising start, have been, beaten in, the last two games by Royal Scots and China "B".
South
SCOTS AT TOP FORM Royal Scots, who are playing on top form at present, are away to St. Joseph's and, though the latter are not doing well they have a side that might extend the Scots. Hussain will have his hands full looking after Hossack and Company but the Saints forward-line which includes Leonard and Pereira, is also dangerous,
Able to field a stronger team than usual the Navy should collect both points from Club, who have been forced to promote several Second Division players to the senior team owing to Volunteer camps.
A hard tussle should be witnessed at Boundary Street where Police meet Eastern. The latter defeated Kwong Wah last week but will be without Pope who is playing cricket.
Eastern hitherto unbeaten in Sec- und Division will be severely tested when they meet South nina on the Navy Ground.
Prior to this game two schoolboy teams from Island and Mainland schools will play and the pipe band of the Royal Scots will render selec- tions before and during the interval of the main game.

be called upon to bowl! Neither Lloyd nor Robbie Lee will be playing.

Police have not yet fielded their best team, Fay being tied up every week with Rugger, but they should give a good account of themselves this afternoon against the Junior, Champions.
