THE GENEVA correspondent of the "Petit Parisien“ quotes a reliable source as authority for a state- ment that the German-Soviet Agreement was actually concluded as long ago as 1937, secretly. According to this report, the agreement provided that the Soviet should refuse all support what- ever to the Democracies, give up the alliance with France, and to remain strictly neutral in the event of Germany fighting any of her neiah- bours.
