Himsworth morning when, Chan Ah-lai, 48, Shanghai: Chinese, was charged with stealing a cotton jacket from No. 148, Boundary Street on Saturday. Mr. Hunter saw the theft, and arrested accused, who was sent to prison for six: weeks
