J.T. SMITH WINS COLONY GOLF TITLE

The Colony Amateur Golf Championship was played off yesterday on the Old and New courses at Fanling and was won by J. T. Smith with a total score of 147, 73 on the Old Course and 74 on the New,

F. D. Hunter was second with 156, his

score on the Old Course being 18 and the

same on the new,

The first round on the Old Course was won by F. D. Hunter with a score of 75, while the first round on the New Course was won by T. A. Pearce with 76.

FEATURED BY A hurricane innings of 149 by R. T. 7 Broadbridge and a splendid knock of 96 not out by E. C. Fincher, the whole-day intra-club cricket match at K.C.C. yesterday was a most enjoyable affair.
