London, To-day.. Latest German endeavour to explain away the Nazi ban on listening in to foreign ra. dio stations was made dur- ing the broadcast in Spanish from Berlin yesterday.

The German announcer said ban was not from fear that broadcasts would destroy morale.

FAKE LETTER TRICK
