LOWING THE PASSING OF THE ARMED FORCES CONDITION OF SERVICE ACT.

The Territorial Army ceases to have, an independant existence and all units of the regular army, territorial army, militia and auxiliary forces henceforth become the British Army: as a whole, except for a few members| of the Territorial Armý prior to Oc- tober 31, 1933, who did not give an undertaking to serve overseas or to be transferred.

Lleutenant-General Brownrigg, hitherto Director-General of the Territorial Army, has been ap. pointed Adjutant-General of the British Field Forces.
