GENERAL HOLIDAY

On Monday, the 4th September, the General Post Office and: Kowloon Central Post Office will be open from 8:00 am. to Noon, Sheungwan Branch Post Office will be open from 8.00 a.m. to. 10.00 a.m., and the other Branch Post Offices will be entirely closed.

There will be one collection from the pillar boxes, as on Sundays; one delivery of ordinary correspondence at 11:30 am, and one delivery of re- gistered correspondence at 11,00 a.m. ::

The Branch Offices, at Stanley, Tai Po and Un Long will also::have one delivery of ordinary correspondence at 100 mm.

The Money Order Office will be entirelyanismed.

Parcel Post Service to China is subject to Eustomas Embargo on cer- tain foreign goods; a list of which may hear at GPO 80.

In all cases parcels can only be acowani danidespatch as circumstances permit. and at senders risk.

Lettera and Postcards for Europe (except Great Britain, and Eire) and South America are forwarded "vin Siberia" if so superscribed.
