DENMARK TO STAY NEUTRAL

Dr. The Danish Foreign Minister, P. R. Munch, in an interview with Reuter yesterday, said Denmark was determined to preserve her neutrality, and he was convinced they could do so.-Reuter.
The newspapers say that the Pre- sident exceeded his authority, by in- terfering in European affairs.
"The contents of the Notes;" the newspapers state, "shows how little the President is entitled to the role of mediator. He bases his appeal on the false viewpoint that Germany is responsible for the present situation.
"The peace the President aims at is not worthy of the name, being based on the Versailles system.
