A POLISH FRONTIER GUARD WAS KILLED IN UPPER SILESIA NEAR BEUTHEN-SCHARLEY YES TERDAY BY THREE CIVILIANS IN THE COURSE OF AN ALTERCA- TION OVER A FRONTIER PASS, IT IS REPORTED BY THE "LOKAL ANZEIGER."
