GOVERNMENT "KEEPING AN EYE ON" NAZI PROPAGANDA IN BRITAIN
London, To-day.
The Home Secretary, Sir Samuel Hoare, in a writ- ten reply in the House of Commons yesterday, said the Government would keep an eye on Ger- man propaganda in Britain.
"When we think it necessary to intervene," he said,
"we will do so.'
Sir Samuel added that Nazi pro- paganda was so fantastic and un- real that he thought it did harm to the authors than to Bri- tain.

Sir Samuel disclosed that there was an Anglo-Germán organisation known as "The Link," whose professed object was to bring Britons and Ger- mans into closer relations, but did nothing except to act as an instrument of German propa- ganda.
Sir Samuel said the Government had no power to intervene unless the organisation breaks the law of the country.-Reuter Bulletin.
