R. S. Hudson, Director of the Department of Overseas Trade, it is prominently reported by the "Daily Express," "Daily Mail" and "Daily Telegraph" this morning.

The first two papers have received a communica- tion from Mr. Hudson in which he complains of misrepresentation of the talk he had had with Dr. Wohltat...

He said that he had mentioned a

credit plan not in his official

capacity, as the press had given DARTMOUTH
