NOTICE OF INTERIM DIVIDEND.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an INTERIM DIVIDEND of FOUR per cent. (4%) for the six months ending 30th June, 1989, amounting to FORTY cents per share on the Fully Paid Up Shares and TEN cents per share on the Partly Paid Up Shares of the Com- pany will be paid on TUESDAY, the 11th July, 1989, on which date Dividend Warrants may be obtain- ed on application at the Registered Office of the Company.
The TRANSFER BOOKS of the Company will be closed from TUESDAY, the 4th July to TUESDAY, the 11th July, 1989, both days inclusive.
