Long Moscow Talks Fail To Bring Results

Interested circles in London yesterday waited in vain for a "hopeful sign" from Moscow, where the pact negotiations were resumed at 6 p.m. It caused a great disappointment when in the late evening it became known that "Radio Moscow" had announced that no definite result had been achieved.
