JAPANESE STRIKE NEW BLOW AT FOREIGN TRADE IN NORTH CHINA
Peiping, To-day, What is generally regarded as another blow to for-
eign trade in North China, was delivered yes terday. The "provisional government" announced that as from July 17, the exchange regulations which were introduced on March 11 concerning twelve-items of export, will be extended to all exports except seven unimportant items.
