Final Show-Down On U.S. Neutrality Issue

Washington, To-day.

Another delay was encountered by the Adminstra- tion for revision of the neutrality legislation when the Senate foreign relations committee postponed until Saturday consideration of the Bloom Bill as approved by the House of Repre- sentatives. Reason is that several members of the foreign re- lations committee are also on the finance com- mittee, which is busy with other work.

Senator Key Pittman stated he was not perturbed by the delay, and emphasised that the Administra tion forces intended to demand a final show-down for their proposal to repeal the arms embargo.
