On Saturday, 1st July, the General Post Office, and Kowloon Central Post Office will be open from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. Sheungwan. Branch Post Office will be, open from 8.00 am to 9.00 a.m., and the other Branch Post Offices will be entirely closed,

There will be one collection from the pillar boxes so on Sundays and one delivery of Registered and Ordinary Correspondence at 10.00 a.m.

The Branch Post Offices at Stanley, Tai Po and Un Long will also have one delivery of ordinary correspondence at 11.00 a.m.

The Money Order Office will be entirely closed.

Parcel Post Service to Swatow and Foochow is temporarily suspended.

Registered and Ordinary mails and Parcels (not Insured) will be recept od for Canton and despatched as circumstances permit
