Revolutionary Changes Proposed
London, June 6.
IPORTANT proposals affecting receipts from television and IMPOM
changes to the rules of boxing are among the subjects to be discussed at the annual meeting of the British Boxing Board of Control in Cardiff to-morrow.
The most revolutionary proposal is that in future boxing shall be conducted under rules to be known as British Boxing Board of Control rules, Hitherto the rules have been those of the National Sporting Club.
