Barter Agreement Signed In London

London, To-day.

An Anglo-American commodity barter agreement, for the exchange of essential war supplies, was signed yesterday.

The agreement provides that the United States supply Great Britain with 600,000 bales of cot- ton of kinds to be specified, based on the aver- age price since January 1. The amount in- volved is about £6,000,000.
