Mr. Whyatt was prosecuting in the case in which Wong Kong, Yiu Yu, Li An, and two women named Chui Wat and Ho Yuk, were ac- cused of possession of 48 ounces of morphine, 56,200 heroin pills and 936 ounces of heroin mixture at Tai Yuen Wan Capsuimun, on May 17.

Mr. D. J. N. Anderson pleaded guilty on behalf of the first and second and not guilty on behalf of the others.
