VEAL CUTLET
Veal steak, one-half inch thick
salt and pepper.
2 eggs, slightly beaten.
3 tablespoons water.
Bread crumbs.
Wipe meat, which has been cut in pieces for serving, with clean, damp cloth. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dip each piece into the beaten eggs, which have been dilut- ed with water, and then into fine bread crumbs. Bake in a well- greased baking pan, in a hot oven, 500 degrees F., for 15 minutes, re- duce heat to 325 degrees F., add a little water, cover, and bake
about 30 minutes.

1 slice fresh pineapple.
1 slice orange.
2 grapefruit sections.
3-4 slices banana. Strawberries.
Serve
