POST OFFICE
GENERAL HOLIDAY
On Thursday, 8th June, the General Post Office and Kowloon Central Post Office will be open from 8.00 a.m. to Noon, Sheungwan Branch Post Of fice will be open from 8.00 a.m, to 10.00 a.m., and the other Branch Post Of- fices will be entirely closed.
There will be one collection from the pillar-boxes as on Sundays and one delivery of Registered' and Ordinary Correspondence at 11.00 a.m.
The Branch Post Offices at Stanley, Tai Po and Un Long will also have one delivery of ordinary correspondence at 11.00a.m.
The Money Order Office will be entirely closed..
Registered and Ordinary mails and Parcels (not Insured) will be accept- ed for Canton and despatched as circumstances permit.
Letters and Postcards for Europe (except Great Britain and Eire) and South America are forwarded "via Siberia" if so superscribed.
