Talk On France And
Danzig
The Foreign Office is understood to have made strong representations to the B.B.C. concerning passages in a talk on France's attitude to the present international situation which the B.B.C. broadcast.
The talk was given by Mr. Percy Philip, an English journalist in Paris who frequently broadcasts on matters affecting France. He is chief correspondent in France of an American daily newspaper and is a former president of the Anglo- American Préss Association in
Paris.

Kreisler, who was born in Vienna in 1875, was the pupil of Massard and Delibes at the Paris Conserva- toire.
