! A Korean lunatic whose one joy in life, it seems, is to sec policemen dashing about, had a particularly good time a few days ago when over 25 policemen formed a cordon around his home near this city, in the belief that they were closing in on a gang of desperadoes.

Dashing into the local police station just before noon, the lunatic gasped out that two of his brutally brothers had just been butchered in cold blood by a gang of bandits.
