Mr. Whyatt in his address to the Jury pointed out that the main wit- nesses, eye-witnesses, were unshaken in their testimonies in the witness-box. Mr. Lo contended that the evidence of the boy and girl was inadequate and inaccurate, and submitted that accused shot deceased in self-defanco, Counsel said that only part of the evidence of the two main witnesses was true.'
