Local Nazi's Threatening Message To "China Mail"
AND ANOTHER LATEST BATCH LETTER OF QUITE OF FRENCH A DIFFERENT TYPE DECREE LAWS
Two highly interesting communications from local German sources, which are given additional values in juxtaposition, arrived in our postbag this morning.
The first consists of a threat to the Editor, couched in the language that might be expected, and is but one of a series of scurrilities received from what is believed to be the same source..
The second, which bears signs of authenticity, is apparently a translation of an open letter sent by a group of local Germans to Admiral Forster, leader of the group of German journalists which passed through the Colony during the week-end in the Gneisenau.

According to one source, Bel gium is interested in increasing its export of arms to Rumania.
It is believed in other quarters that the opportunity will be taken for an exchange of views on the international situation.

thought for the ears of the German masses, who do anyhow not listen anymore. If you have the iden that you have told the English something new, we can only tell you, that English newspapers are traditionally giving only true re- ports about speeches held in Ger- many. This may show you how en- tirely superfluous your remarks were. If you could not help say- ing something it would most pro- bably have been much more appre- ciated, if you would have expressed
