U.S. MINISTER ON WAR AGAINST DEMOCRACY

The policies pursued by the Ger- man Government in Central Europe were strongly condemned by Mr. Francis Sayre, Assistant Secretary of State, in a speech delivered be- fore the. Women's National Demo- cratic Club of Washington.
