PAYMENT FOR CHILDREN PLAN

A hundred women, the other day, passed a re- solution demanding that the income tax rebates for children should be abolished. but that in every case the allowance should be paid to the woman res- ponsible for the children's care.

The meeting was that of the National Council for Equal Citizenship. in London, and the women discussed motherhood and family allowances.
