BRITAIN'S COMPLETE INSURANCE

LONDON, TO-DAY.

IN HIS HOUSE OF COMMONS SPEECH YESTERDAY. MR. CHAMBERLAIN APPROVED

THE DESCRIPTION WHICH HAD BEEN APPLIED TO HIS

STATEMENT ON FRIDAY AS A

"COVER NOTE ISSUED IN AD- VANCE OF COMPLETE INSUR- ANCE POLICY."

an

The statement, he said, was addition to those carefully limited and defined commitments which the were publicly formulated for British Government by Mr. Eden in his famous Leamington speech.

Mr. Chamberlain recalled how in his broadcast to the nation in the of anxious hours on the evening Sept. 27 last he had said: "I am myself a man of peace to the depth of my soul. Armed conflict be- tween nations is a nightmare to me, but if I were convinced that any nation had made up its mind to do- minate the world by fear of its! force I should feel it must be re- sisted. Under such domination life for a people who believed in liberty would not be worth living.”

:

But at that time he did not feel the claims on Czecho-Slovakia neces- sarily involved an assumption of Germany's intention to dominate the world, and he felt he could not ask the country to accept new commit- ments for anything less.

Again, at the time of President Roosevelt's New Year message,

he had said that a challenge of the kind mentioned by Mr. Roosevelt- a demand to dominate one by one other nations--must, if made be resisted.-British Wire- less.

You're a very

foolish girl! You've let yourself get tired out and nervy. You look about fifty. How can you expect Bob to be interested.

Now you go back home and see a

doctor!

..and, Doctor, I even· wake tined

From what you tell me, Mrs. Norton, your trouble is Night Starvation. You see,

even at night you go on using up

energy in heartbeats, breathing and

other automatic actions. In your case, this has also led to an excess of.. acid waste products in the blood.

All this causes you to waka tired, feel and look run-down and ....

"nervy. Recent tests have proved that Horlicks is what

people need for that....
