Berlin, To-day. Official explanation of the decision not to relay Hit- ler's speech on Saturday over the radio is that the time of the day was not likely to draw a large audience of listeners, therefore it was de- cided to make records of the speech and play them over the hour when most people were at dinner.

They are hung in the Earl Marshal's Court. There are eleven of them; the banner of England leading with the banners of Scotland, Ireland, Wales, India, New Zealand, Australia, Canada and South Africa. Other two banners are the Union Jack and Royal Standard and they make a gallant show as the light from the high windows falls on their rich embroidery.
