RUMANIAN EXPLANATION OF PARTIAL MOBILISATION

To Support Frontier Troops, If Necessary
Bucharest, To-day.
An official statement says that following the deci- sion of the Cabinet, the Government has con- centrated a few divisions of reservists who will, if necessary, support the troops on the frontier. If Rumania follows a peace policy these units will remain at some distance from the frontier, and will only undergo practice exercises.
As soon as neighbour States demobilise, the reser-
vists will be sent home.
The statement says that there are
no military concentrations on the HEAVY FIGHTING
