NAZI THREAT TO RUMANIA NOT DISMISSED
London, To-day.
Although various disclaimers have been received from Berlin and Bucharest with regard to Ger-. many's alleged commercial demands against Rumania, the possibility of a German threat to Rumania is not regarded as dismissed, writes the diplomatic correspondent of the "Observer."

Mr. Chamberlain conferred for one hour with the King yesterday and also with Lord Chatfield and all other defence ministers.
