THE BLARNEY
The Rose Room and Roof Garden have been tastefully decorated for the occasion and a replica of the famous Blarney Castle together with the Blarney Stone, a kiss on which is reputed to endow the gift of cloquence for life, will be minent features.
On arrival at the Dais the Colleens will present sprigs of shamrock to Lady Northcote and the Official guests. SUPPER

Lady Northcote will repair to Private Sitting Room No. 681 and will later proceed via the Western lifts to the Supper Room on the First Floor.

E. Terry and P. J. A. and immediately behind it is an il-Hamilton and will follow H.E. The luminated "Four Provinces" shield Governor and party who will be piped --depicting the coats of arms of to Supper as follows:- Ulster, Munster, Leinster and Con- naught.
Shields of famous cities and pro- vincial towns of Ireland adorn the walls of both the Roof Garden and Rose Room and the Union Jack and tri-colour of Eire, with many other flags, form part of the decorations. An illuminated sign over the main entrance of the Hotel expresses "One Hundred Thousand Welcomes" to Ireland's guests and the familar signs "Erin Go Bragh" "Slainte" are conspicuous in bali-rooms.

Decorations were in the capable hands of Mr. F. P. R. James, while the dance-programme has been ar- ranged by Mr. J. C. M. Grenham. A buffet supper will be opened by His Excellency at 11.30 and will continue until 180 a.m. Traditional Toasts will be honoured but there will be no speeches.
