Near the village, defendant again attacked the youth and struck him on the head with a bamboo pole,

causing him to be removed to the Kowloon Hospital with a head wound. The woman had attempted to stop him and was herself struck. Inspector Rogers stated that it was a case in which accused had such a bad temper that he could not control it.

Defendant was placed on a $10 bond to keep the peace and be of good behaviour for one year.

Father O'Meare, of the Aberdeen Regional School, has reported the loss of two motor pumps valued at $116 from a hut on the hillside near the school.
