NEW CRISIS FORECAST AFTER SPANISH WAR

Paris, February 25.

The conclusion of the Spanish civil war may prove far from marking the start of a period of international co-operation and may instead be the signal for a new crisis in March, political quarters here declared to-day.

The establishment of a Spanish Government friendly to the totalitarian powers will assure the latter of an excellent strategic position in the At- lantic and Mediterranean, these circles stated.
