MR. CHARLES BEDAUX COMPLAINS OF SURPRISE ORDER IN JOHANNESBURG

Johannesburg, To-day. The Supreme Court yesterday reserved judgment on a petition brought by Mr. Charles Bedaux, well-known American "efficiency expert" and friend of the Duke and Duchess of Windsor. Mr. Bedaux's petition asked for an Order to set aside that made by Judge Solomon in the Su- preme Court last Friday authorising the Sheriff to attach his person.
