Registered and Ordinary mails (not Insured or Parcels) will be accept- ed for Canton and despatched as circumstances permit.

Ordinary letter mail only for West Kwangtung, Kwangsi, Szechwan, Kweichow & Hunan will be accepted at senders' risk..

Letters and Postcards for Europa (except Great Britain and Eire) and South America are forwarded "vin Siberia" if so superscribed.
