JAPANESE PREPARED TO DISCUSS FAR EAST: ON THEIR OWN TERMS
Tokyo, Yesterday.
The result of the debate in the Japanese Parlia- ment on the situation in the Far East, accord- ing to well-informed quarters, can be sum- marized as follows.
