Two players, Tyson and Jones, of the Accrington Stanley Third Division Football Club are to be given 14 days' notice of dismissal and a third, "Pongo" Waring, the former England centre-forward, fined £10, severely reprimanded and ordered to make a written apology to the manager and di rectors of the club.

This decision was made by di- rectors of the club at a meeting last night and is a sequel to the suspension..of the three players following the train journey to Accrington after the match at Barnsley on Boxing Day.
