The news has only just leaked out. At tea tables in the fashionable resort it was the sole topic of con- versation.

Those who were "in the know" refused to say where the wedding took place, but it is said that the couple have gone to Nassau for the honeymoon, and plan a further honeymoon in California.

SERVANTS GOSSIPED Friends knew of the romance be- tween the rich divorcee and the tall, handsome youth who was em- ployed on her estate last year to drive her many cars.

It had been noted how Obre and Mrs. Wettath exchanged long glances as he handed her down from her limousine, how the em- ployer and chauffeur took long over discussing driving plans for the day.

Other servants gossiped and spread the rumour of possible ro-

mance.

This is Mrs. Wettath's third mar- riage.

In 1925, she married John Robert attache of Lawson Johnson, then the British Embassy in Washing- ton, whom she divorced in 1929. They have a son.

In 1929 she wed Freddie Wettath from whom she obtained a divorce last year.
