At the same time, a statement was addressed to the Chinese and foreign public vigorously de- nouncing Mr. Wang Ching-wei's so-called "peace movement" as completely violating party discipline.

The efficiency of the wireless equipment of London's police cars was shown last night when two separate arrests were made soon after a wireless message was flashed to police cars patrolling the streets.

In one case a shop window was smashed and two men ar- rested for the crime three minutes after the alarm

Italy and Germany had six times as many warplanes as Britain and France when the Munich Agree- ment was signed, according to sta- tistics compiled by United States War Department experts. It is understood that the statistics are given credence by high govern- ment circles. The experts assert that Germany in November turned out over 1,000 warplanes, while Britain's monthly production for the year was 240, and though the rate will be doubled during the year it is still only half of Ger- many's-Reuter.
