tion, viz:-

"That the Authorised Capital of the Company be increased to Fifteen Million Dollar by the creation of One Million New Shares of the nominal value of 35 each and that such New Shares be issued at such time or times and on such terms and con- ditions as the Directors in their absolute discretion shall see fit."
