INGREDIENTS:

4 lb. Butter.

6 ozs. Castor Sugar.

4 lb. Shelled Brazils.

2 Eggs.

6 ozs. Flour.

YREAM together the butter

and sugar and add the beat- en eggs one by one. Stir in the nuts, roughly chopped, with a pinch of salt. Finally add the sifted flour slowly, lessening the quantity if the mixture seems to be getting too thick. Shape it into small cakes and bake them in a moderate oven. Cover the cookies with soft white icing and sliced Brazil Nuts.
