HITLER SEEKING DESTRUCTION OF FRANCE

The strike movement is now waning.

The strike committee at Valen- ciennes has ordered uncondition- al resumption of work by 150,- 000 metal workers, while only 534 out of nearly 10,000 continue to strike at Lille.

Shipping companies have offer- ed to reinstate the striking crews provided they return uncondition- ally.
