Chinese circles are very indignant over the repeat- ed "postponement" of presentation of creden- tials by the new Chinese Ambassador in Ber- lin, Mr. Chen Chieh, while the Japanese, Man- chukuo and French envoys in Berlin, who ar- rived in the Nazi capital at a later date, have already présented their credentials.
