Dr. Hans Dieckhoff, the German Ambassador who has been "recalled" to Germany, evidently had an unpleasant interview with the Secretary of State, Mr. Cordell Hull, yesterday.
Dr. Dieckhoff, who was calling to say goodbye, en- tered Mr. Hull's office with a broad smile on his face but emerged looking serious.
