Lacrosse, so popular before the war, has been in the doldrums since, but seems to be coming into its own again. For the first time since the war, a London club, Old Thorntonians; is running a third team, and all the Lacrosse clubs in London are at full strength. S. W. Martin, the Old Thorntonian, is coach- ing schoolboys at Sidcup County School, Foot's Cray, Kent. Photo shows Mr. Martin (right) coaching the lads to catch a high ball at the school at Foot's Cray.
